Discover Polymers

Gradient polymeric elution chromatography is a methodology that allows separation of polymeric components based on their chemistry. Typically mers of a particular polymer elute as a single peak. This allows resolution of a series of polymers in a blend. Copolymers can also be analyzed leading to qualitative information on the chemical composition distribution of monomer types. There remains a potential for development of quantitative procedures depending on the chemical nature of the polymeric analytes, the type of detector, and the dynamic linear range of the target polymer concentration.

  • Determine compositional drift of copolymers
  • Analyze polymeric additives
  • Find the composition of polymer blends
