Lori Smith-Sakalousky joins RQS as Principal Specialist

Good evening everyone,

Please join me in welcoming team member Lori Smith-Sakalousky to RQS!

Lori earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Psychology from Clarion University. Lori later earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Chatham University and she is a Six Sigma Green Belt. In recent years, Lori was invited to speak at St. Vincent College in Latrobe via the Kennametal Center of Operational Excellence. Lori has worked at various companies throughout the region in years past including Senior Customer Service Representative and Manufacturing Facilitator at R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Bloomsburg; Industrial Engineer and Line Coordinator at Sony Electronics; Production Supervisor at LaBarge, Inc.; Plant Supervisor at IDL, Inc.; finally landing as a consultant at MEDRAD in 2005. Lori held several positions at MEDRAD including Operations Training Manager, Electro Mechanical Production Manager, and most recently as Manager, HR Business Group. While at MEDRAD, Lori earned multiple awards including two President’s Team Awards and a Performance Excellence Achievement Award just to name a few.
